With the Rugby World Cup, (RWC), upon us the MT's decided to adopt another rugby team and follow their progress through the tournament.
We chose the French team because the French are as mad about rugby as we are and it would be interesting to discover more about France, the people and food.
During the RWC we discovered many interesting facts about France and learnt some french.
Our favourite part was when we started talking about french food. We were not so keen to try frogs legs and snails, but one morning our teacher bought in profiteroles, chocolat, french bread stick, camembert cheese and pate. We were all keen to give these a go, especially the chocolate ones. We cleaned the plates so well Mrs Keats said she wouldn't have to wash them.
